Obituary of Phillip T. Huffine

Phillip Taylor Huffine,Beloved Father, Brother, Uncle, Coworker, and Friend, passed away suddenly on August31, 2014 at Pocono Medical Center. He was 64 years old, was born in Philadelphia on September 6, 1949and resided in New Jersey. Phil Huffine graduated from Hanover Park High Schoolbefore attending Norwich Academy, and then the University of Vermont where he majored in History and Political Science. He was employed by ABM Security in Jersey City for many years. Phil also worked at Home Depot. Phil always took pride in his work and cherished the friends he made. He was extremely hardworking and never hesitated to help a coworker even if it meant working another job. For many years he volunteered for a Santa Toy drive giving toys to children in need. Philloved the beach and spending time with his family. Anyone who met Phil would remember him for his affable nature; he attracted people all the time. He is survived by two daughters, Rachel and Caitlin, a brother Peter, a sister Melissa, his niece Savanna and nephew Taylor. He is pre-deceased by his mother and father, Julianne Corbett Huffine and Herbert Taylor Huffine, and his brother Michael Bland Huffine.
