My thought and prayers go out to the Pettinelli family as I read in my local paper here in Buchanan. I grow up with Robert and Glen, the Prospect Ave gang. I have so many memories of Bob. I am still a big Cowboy Fan as Bob turned me onto the Cowboys back in the late 60's My favorite player was Bob Lilly as was Bob's back then as he turned me onto to him as will. I remember going down to Fordham with his great family to watch him play on the Fordham Rams. So many great memories in that corner house on Prospect Ave. growing up and even when the family moved to Croton we remained good friends. Although Bob was 3 years older than me he was one of my best friends along with Glen back then. Rest in peace Bob, A dear friend from long ago, I always looked up to you.
