I met Brad (and Peggy) way back in their Morgan Stanley days. Brad was a scholar and gentleman. He was a "Customer's Man"--very rare on Wall Street. We were champions of our flight in the Harrison Lake CC (Columbus, IN) Member-Guest, surely the highlight of Brad's golf career. I will miss him always.

I was a client of Brad's. He was great to work with and speak with on a near daily basis. He spoke of how lucky he was to have such a loving family. He loved you all and was always ready to talk about family and how happy he was... I wish I had gotten to know him better but be assured that he left a positive mark on my heart that I will never forget. May peace and God's love be with him and you during this difficult time.

I'm saddenned to hear my old friend and lax teammate has passed. Brad was a sophomore in my senior year and even as an underclassman he made his mark on the squad. He had a zest for life and his antics made us all LOL before anyone knew what LOL was. He was a true gentleman will be missed.

Not even sure where to begin but through this tragedy, I had a HUGE smile on my face reading Brad's Obituary. I ALWAYS busted Brad when we were at Salomon as the most pedigreed person that I have ever met. Forget the fact that he was one of the genuinely most genuine person I have ever had the pleasure to call a friend what made me smile was the following: Yale, Harvard, Morgan Stanley, Captain of the lax team, steel salesman etc etc etc. A TRUE renaissance man!!! We all love Brad and he is TRULY going to be missed. Love to the family from all of the Coopers.

I met Brad at Yale, originally on the freshman lacrosse team. I liked him immediately... and always afterwards. Brad was a true gentleman, always respectful of others, and always quick with a smile. All of us who knew him found ourselves carried along by his easygoing manner; a genuine leader in the best way.

I met Brad on the lacrosse field at Yale. He was the captain, and a leader in many senses of the word. He inspired confidence and motivated all he came in contact with, but I will most remember him for the convertible jalopy with see through floor boards he drove, his mischievous streak, and the ever present smile I am happy to see he wore throughout life. I am very saddened by his passing. My sincere condolences to his family. May you be comforted by your memories of this great man.

Wow, what a Gano family, and Brad who let me fish with him in his pond, catch the biggest fish I think I ever caught, and just this year sold me fire wood that with every log I burn I will remember him and his family,

Peggy and Family,
Bob and I send you love and hope during this time. We know what a beautiful light Brad was to this world. He was the one who encouraged us to go to Windham and spend beautiful family moments together skiing. He will remain in our hearts forever as a loving father and husband.
Please know that whenever the time comes, we are there for you and would love to share time together when we can feel Brad's beautiful spirit.

We quickly became friends with the Gano family when our daughters were in nursery school and dance classes together, so we had the good fortune to know Brad for many years. We are just SO VERY SAD to hear of his passing. Our hearts are heavy!!! It has been great to read the wonderful comments about Brad from people that have known him at different times in his life. We also found Brad to be a humble gentleman who was happy and loved his family so. We look forward to the day that we see him again in Heaven.

Its nice to post after Charlie . Because I remember his friendship with Brad. I was earlier at Rogers Forge and had the pleasure to experience Brad and the Gano family. And a family it is. We still remained friends though sadly he was at BL and I was at STP, memories are still amazing of Brad's excellence and humility. And all the memories with Mom and Dad , Rhett and Jocelyn are still of my finest. God Bless you Brad and the family you helped live and they you. You still live with us all. Few passings have effected me so much.
David Franklin.

Sitting next to Brad at Salomon I thought I'd get fired at one point as we seemed to spend much of the day laughing. Others have noted that there was always a smile on his face. He was one of the most upbeat people I have even met. I'll miss his laugh.
