Pete Oborski posted a condolence
My deepest condolences to the Ellsworth family.
I had the great pleasure to fly with Will on many occasions. I always knew that when I signed in for my trip and Will's name was there as the First Officer, that I'd have a great trip. We spent many hours talking of family, recent vacations, friends, airplanes, golf, cigars and most any topic that would come up in those hours spent away from our families during our trips. He was the consummate professional and a skilled aviator who had a great zest for life.
He will be missed.
With the up most sincerity,
Pete Oborski

My deepest heart fell sympathies go out to the Ellsworth family. When Will would call or come in with the King Air, he was always jovial, humerous, and sincere. The first thing Will noticed in my office were photos of my children and husband, and that - family - was obviously Will's first and foremost passion. Before business, it was always, "how's the family?" I am so sorry for your loss. I have faith that Will is now happily serving from the hand of God. My prayers for healing go out to you....

Laurie Mackey Wilson posted a condolence
To the Ellsworth family: I am so incredibly shocked and full of sadness upon hearing of Will's death. Willy was such a huge presence in a tight group of friends at Suffield Academy and was loved by us all. He was an unbelievably entertaining guy and so much fun to be around, so much so that it's easy to recollect wonderful memories from over 30 years ago. I am so sorry for your loss and I wish you the best during this difficult time. Laurie Mackey Wilson, Springfield, Vt
