Obituary of Bertha Eneida Marrero

Bertha E. Marrero of Mendham died Saturday, March 4th.  She was 90 years old.

Born in Cuba, she emigrated to the United States 60 years ago.

Bertha resided in Brooklyn, New York for more than 50 years.

She was a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She was predeceased by her children Theresa, Frank, and Olga.  She is survived by her two daughters, Celia Rulle & her husband Michael, from Mendham, and Lucia Bradshaw, from Texas;  four sons, Ray Marrero & his wife Emily, in Texas, Armando Marrero, in New York, Jorge Marrero and his wife Divine, in Hong Kong, and Carlos (Betsy) Marrero, in Florida. Also surviving her are daughter in law Doris Campora Marrero, eighteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 11, from 9:30-11:30 am at the Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Road, Mendham.  Funeral Mass will follow at 12 noon at St. Joseph Catholic Church at the Chapel, with burial in Hilltop Cemetery, located in Mendham.
