Judy and I have worked together for 10 years. We shared our work and personal life, through good times and bad. She was my mentor and my dear friend. She was full of spirit and a wonderful kind person. I will miss her terribly. My heart is with her family and friends.

I met Judy when I first came to work for AT&T in 2000 and we were close friends. We had a lot of fun times together while I was in NJ and she even had a hand in helping setting up the small reception when my husband and I were remarried. She was one of the many friends I missed when we moved to Minnesota. Judy was a great friend. My thoughts are prayers are with George, Eric, Cindy and the rest of the family. May God comfort you during this time.
Love

I had the pleasure of getting to know Judy while working as a project manager. I will miss her laugh and all of the great stories & pictures of the family (including the puppies Jack & Teddy). Judy was one of the kindest & most giving people I’ve ever met, so I’m sure that’s why she was called to Heaven so soon.

Although I didn't work with Judy directly at AT&T, I got to know her over the past 5 years because we sat in the same area, most recently in adjoining cubes. We enjoyed some spirited conversations and I'll miss her hearty laugh.

Judy was my friend and neighbor. She has been an inspiration in so many ways -her love for her family, her love for the boys, Jackie and Teddie and her thoughtfulness for all those around her - to name just a few.
Judy has left a wonderful shade of yellow on the canvas of our lives.

Rich and I only got to know Judy in the last couple of years through her daughter Cindy. We would see her at the kids birthday parties and she was always having so much fun watching all the kids. I know Cindy and her Mom were very close and that Cindy will miss her a lot. Our warm wishes and love go out to all the family and know that Judy is in a good place now smiling down on all of us. We love you Cindy!

She was such a beautiful person to work with. She always had one of the brightest smiles on our team calls and was one of the first people to offer me help when I first joined the team. On a personal note, I am going to miss her grace and warm soul. Even though we never met face to face, she always made me feel like a welcomed friend. Judy, you will be missed, but we are better people for having known you. Thank you.

My heart goes out to Judy's family. I had the pleasure of working with Judy at AT&T. She was a class act on the job and we often talked about everyday life. I'll miss Judy very much. She is such a wonderful person. I'm sure God took her from us because she is needed in Heaven. Judy please look out for us down here.

George and Family,
When Judy and I first started this journey it was she and I as Project Management Partners. She didn’t know me and I didn’t know Judy. I was known by most as the “Maine PO. I was kind of from “out of space up in the Northeast.
But as the years progressed, Judy and I became the best of friends. We shared work trials and always shared them and worked together to resolve each others issues. As time went on, Judy and I shared our family pictures and issues off line through our own personal emails. One of the first neat things was the pictures of the new boys – Teddy and Jackie. I have every picture that was taken of these two. From their first sweaters as little pups to their Xmas pictures yearly – I always put them up on my refrigerator – with the rest of my friend’s kids… I also had cherished pictures of her Grandchildren here in my home.
As time went on I was able to visit Judy and George in NJ. She opened her home to me for a week. I brought Maine Lobsters packed in ice from Maine with the pot and the burner. We hooked up to George’s propane and we had a feast. Judy being the person she was started to put placemats on the table and I told her… we are going to make a mess… so she responded… ok brown bags like Maryland Crabs and I said exactly!! We had two great meals of lobster and watch a lot of American Idol during my stay.
Since then I have had the pleasure of entertaining Judy and George in Maine during one of their visits… We had so much fun and she and George got to meet some of my friends as well during their stay!!
There was a tribute done by Judy’s daughter, Cindy. Also Judy’s dear friend Joann, on George’s behalf. Both were amazing and truly displayed what Judy was as a mother, wife and friend to all.
After the service yesterday, I talked several times to her daughter Cindy. She said her Mom coached her to be strong and to talk strongly at the service. I can see Judy doing that… she wanted her service to me a memory of her as she was prior. One of the last things on the memorial card that was displayed and I know this came from Judy was this:
“I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun. Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
Judy will be with us for many years to come!! Judy was a very strong, compassionate and amazing woman.
I miss you Judy!!!
I love you - I was always your "bestest Cheerleader"!!

Judy,
You were one classy lady, and you showed it to the end. I will always remember you as such.
I will also remember you as someone who was easy to work with, cared about people, and proud of what you did. I was always confident when you backed me up that my projects were taken care of, and you never failed me or anyone in the team.
You were one GREAT LADY and your family must be very proud of you!
love,
Rosie

Even though Judy and I were on opposite ends of the country when we spoke it was like we were sitting in the same room together. I got to know Judy on a personal level as well as work related about 5 years ago. I loved listening to her accent and her laughter. She sent me pix of her cherished doggies and we used to share stories about our grandchildren. Whenever we worked together she was always so concerned with her grammar...she taught me how to use Thesaurus. I will truly miss your laughter Judy but thank you for leaving us with the example of what a fighter and strong woman one can be. I am so grateful that you came into the office and gave me the chance to tell you that I love you.

I would like to honor Judy for the courage, strength and dignity with which
she fought her disease. I am so proud
to have been part of her family and her
contagious laughter and sense of humor
will be sorely missed by all who knew and
loved her. I spoke to Judy many times
over the past months and she fought so valiantly for her family. Even when
she was so tired or her illness brought
her one step backwards,she fought
the next day to take three steps forward. She never lost her sense of
humor and I so cherish her compassion she had for my Tom as he
is fighting his battle. I love you Judy and will miss you eternally.

Judy and I go way back to grade school when her family moved onto our street in Oakland NJ. We had a lot of friends in the neighborhood and always had things to do. Together we rode bikes, hiked through the woods, ice skated, and went swimming in Judy's inground pool. Judy had an intercom at her house and I remember we would talk through it to those on the outside. When we entered Junior High my family moved to another street in the same town and Judy's family moved up the road around the corner. In high school we shared home room and took steno and typing with favorite teachers Mr. Bauman, (aka "Beaver") Mr. Franzetti, Mrs. Zwollie (aka Madam) and Mr. Manelli. We had alot of fun in those classes. Judy excelled in school. In gym class she was a really speedy runner leaving us all in the dust. When we did our gym class dance routine it was to the tune of the Baby Elephant Walk. Judy was a spirited and chatty talker and was voted most talkative for our senior class. I went to the shore with her family one year for a week and we had a blast. Her mom handed us each $1 every morning and we went to the corner diner and got a BLT and a OJ . (This gave us fuel for boy hunting excursions on the beach.) We went through the same teenage pains and heartaches but when Judy met George that was it. They made a great couple. Judy and I had reconnected through the internet and were able to catch up on family and life. I will miss hearing from her and our email chats. Judy was a warm and caring person and I sensed that she had mellowed and matured in her life. I will miss Judy. Shortly before Judy got her diagnosis we found out that Chris Larson our connection guy for Indian Hills H.S. died of a brain tumor. Chris was responsible for helping old friends to reconnect from school. He helped to put me back in touch with Judy after so many years. We were deeply saddened by Chris's passing.
No matter the miles and the time that separates friends and loved ones
Or the roads and the paths in life that twist and turn and intertwine
Far away laughter fading into the night
Songs that were sung drifting across the summer sky, a falling star
Do we remember when we last saw a friend face to face
The memories like a candle flame, they flicker and glow
A candle that is always burning, as is the human soul
Someday our paths again will meet and with joy we shall rejoice
There is no time, For time has gone away
Here we dance, we sing, across the great divide
Old friend I will see you again someday
For God has turned the page, the last chapter is finished.
He picks up another book that has a new beginning of a story with no end.
