Ann-Carole was my dear friend of more than 40 years. She was a special gift to all who knew her and a blessing for me to have in my life. She was wise, generous, caring, upbeat and totally wonderful and unique. She loved life and especially her family and friends. I treasure my memories of visits, adventures and long conversations filled with giggles and tears. I loved her and miss her and she will always remain in my heart.

So sorry I was unable to attend the memorial service for your mother on Nov 27 2020. I will miss your mother. I remember the cruise we took along with Margaret Rossi to Canada. It was with your Mother I heard the news of my first Grandchild. I can remember my first meal in your Parsippany home when she served pork and nutmeg mashed potatoes and when I last visited her and she introduced me to ChiLatte she had hers hit and mine was iced. That was the day Sean cane to visit and I got to see my former student which was my real tie to your mom. I will miss your mom for the rest of my days. She was a loving giving and forever friend.

I’m very sorry for your loss. Every time we got together to catch up was always amazing. I will always remember Ann-Carole’s humor. Not every Aunt takes you to Snooki’s store for a impromptu fashion show. Nothing but fond memories. Cindy, Dan, Erin and Sean you’re all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Scrolling through my mind of my fondest memories of Aunt Ann Carole , I have so many . My oldest memories involve living Brooklyn and her teaching me the London Bridges song in French . That cemented her in my mind as the coolest Aunt ever. I would look forward to her telling me the story how she was my mother’s English teacher in John Jay high school and that my father was visiting her with a broken heart when , my mother a young student caught his fancy
.As I got older I always looked forward to her visits, with all my cousins and when I got to travel back home with her and stay for a mini Vacation at her house . Which I loved beyond measure. I love that all of my children were able to meet and know her .But one of my favorites of all that we got to experience a New York City Pride Parade with her . Which when you know and love Ann Carol you can imagine all her witty comedic moments. Through the years I have come to look for her emails and rants in the middle of the night as she penned open letters of her thoughts . Forever I will keep and cherish them . My Aunt Ann Carole was a truly special beautiful woman to have in my life . Memories I will always hold so dear.
With live Tara

AAC -as I lovingly called our Aunt Ann-Carole. Was the best Aunt. Always interested in what we were doing and how the family was. She made sure to keep in touch with us all and make us laugh with stories that filled her emails.
One of my favorite memories with her was our family meeting in NYC for a lunch and trip to the Empire State Building. Instead our family got stuck in the Pride Parade, that we had no idea was going on. Her humor in the situation made the trip one of my favorite family memories and completely unforgettable.
She always had the best stories to share about our Crean family history. Tales of our shenanigans as she called it. Her ability to laugh in serious situations will be something I will admire about her for the rest of my life. AAC had a heart that was pure gold. She will forever be remembered loved and deeply missed. May your beautiful soul Rest In Peace. Love you always, Rachel

Ann-Carole came with her daughter, Cindy, to our ladies book club. She was so smart and funny and full of life. We begged her to come to all our meetings and made her an honorary member. I can see what a great mother she was by the character of her children. Cindy has the biggest heart, and is a child welfare advocate. May Ann-Carole Rest In Peace with her beloved husband.

It was a wonderful Harvey get together in NYC and there were so many great times when the Harvey’s came together - with so many laughs! We have a special angel watching over us now.
