I had the pleasure of periodically working with Emmitt for many years at Picatinny. As a person, he was a soft spoken, friendly, dignified, and caring gentleman. As a co-worker, he was unique in his expertise, which he both applied and shared, to help ensure safety for the Armed Forces of this country. Many times, over the years, I approached Emmitt for his assistance. He always responded with dedication to the task at hand, along with his exceptional knowledge and quiet humor. A truly good person! Well done, Emmett, well done!
