Dear Audrey and family,
It saddens me to just have heard of Rich’s passing. He and Ralph, of blessed memory, were friends and my mother-in-law, Marianne, (Lake Hiawatha Bake Shop) was so fond of him.
Richie framed all of our important pieces with such a keen eye and sensitivity. His memory lives on as I look at those pieces. May his memory be for a blessing.
Audrey, take this and the next few years, just one step at a time at your own pace.
May your family be comforted by your memories of this lovely man.

Audrey, Judy and Family:
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved Richard - he was a great guy with a quick wit and always seemed to have a smile on his face (or was that a twinkle in his eye?). He was an iconic figure in the art world in Morris County and beyond and will surely be missed.
With My Most Sincere Condolences, Bob Quinn

Audrey, Brian and family ...
I am so sorry for the loss of your Richard.
I will cherish the times that I spent with him in Venice Florida. I am glad I am able to spend time with you and your family in Mendham, New Jersey to share stories his life.
He did such a beautiful job restoring a family heirloom. Because of that work he will be a part of the Mahoney family forever.

My heart is broken to hear of the loss of our dear friend and neighbor.
Rich was an amazing man and very loving husband, father and grandfather. He was the type of man that that every man should aspire to be. The first to neighbors to welcome us to Florida. Allowed us to spend Thanksgiving with their family and friends and even kept us safe during our first hurricane .He even purchased a generator to provide electricity during the storm. I want Audrey to know how much we appreciate their kindness and compassion and we will be here for her to help her anyway we can. All our love Rhonda and Jake

Dear Moormann family,
Jean and I will never forget the loving and caring compassion of Rich while living in the Mendham area and for the good times over fifteen years since. All of you have been in many ways a part of our lives which we will cherish,. I remember the many golf matches, the travel to art museums in various locations, the wonderful dinners from New York, Richmond, and of course Florida(particularly bumping into you in Key West). Most important we always appreciated the warmth and appreciation that Rich and you had for us as relative newcomers in Mendham,. Our home is always available to you in your travels or get-aways and know that his spirit will be in our hearts forever.
Sincerely,
Bob & Jean Hurt

It’s with a very heavy heart I say goodby to someone I’ve known in such a short time but feel I’ve known for many, many years. It was a pleasure to not only learn from him but hear is life stories, he had so many!. Rich was a one of a kind mentor, he was real. He had a young spirit, sarcastic and fun. I only wish I had more time with him.

Rich was a friend and mentor. I remember asking him once, if you didn’t teach me this how would this skill ever be passed” He had skills that most people wished they had; and he would teach you if you were willing.
His greatest loves were, his family, golf, softball and art.
My condolences and prayers go out to Audrey, Brian, Taylor and Drew.

A life long friend, hunting and fishing companion, my Best Man, Godfather to my first born, and I to his first born. Richard was a unique and loved person to all his personality touched. To say he will be missed is an understatement beyond words.
We were also Alter Boys together at the original Saint Peter’s Church on Rt 46 Parsippany a very long time ago. I remember he would always have to tell me when to ring those “friggin” bells during the very early morning masses we searched together. Loved you like a Brother Rich.

My condolences to the Moormann family.
Rich was, every time I brought business in to Moormann's, a nice guy with a big smile.
His big smile and cheery warmth meant that I was smiling too, by the time I went out the door.
Sincerely sorry for your loss.
