It takes awhile for news to get to Maine and today I am just reading about Bob's passing. I recall Bob and Ellie from my City Fire days and without a doubt they were the light that shined in my memories of that time. Just as equally, when my new business in fire protection was (struggling) to get off the ground, Bob and Ellie came up to visit and not only to encourage and revel in our reunion but also Bob lending me a technical hand as well as timely advice. That was the foundation for my now 39 year old business. Times have changed but not my fondness for the Bretzger family. RIP Bob, you've had you space in heaven reserved for a long time. Prayers and best wishes to the Bretzger family. John Mooney

His smile, patience, laughter and warm heart are just a few of the fond memories I have of my Godfather. I am blessed to have had him in my life and will hold on to those memories forever. My condolences to the Bretzger family on their great loss. RIP Uncle Bobby
