We will miss Fran so much. She was a wonderful person inside and out! She loved everyone and everyone loved her! Thoughts and prayers to her entire family.

The staff, board and volunteers of Jersey Battered Women's Service extend our heartfelt sympathies to Fran's family and friends. Fran played such an important role in creating a safe place for many women and children. She will be remembered as one of the "founding mothers" of JBWS.
