So sorry for your loss. I was in his Boy Scout Troop in Chester in the early 70's. He was a great Scout leader and have many great memories of all the camping, hikes, etc. he led us on. He made my scouting experience and helped form my own life.

I have great memories of being in scouts with Ray. He was a great leader... and he influenced me to become an Eagle Scout. I can still see his smile and laughter. I have many camping memories... some wet... some cold... all an adventure.
