Obituary of Robert T Wonsetler

Robert T. Wonsetler died peacefully at home in Randolph. He was 63. Bob was born in Camden NJ; he lived in Morris Township and Mendham before moving to Randolph several months ago. He was a 1965 Graduate of Haddonfield Memorial High School. He received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the University of Washington. Bob was the Vice President of the Consumer Products Division at AT&T in Parsippany before retiring in 2001. He was with the company for 35 years. After retiring Bob started a consulting firm (Wonsetler Associates), which focused on facilitating the acquisitions of small companies. His most notable client was the MSN Internet Service acquisition of Citco Corp. Bob's primary passion was his love of Porsche Race Cars. He was a Certified National Porsche Racing Instructor and one of his hobbies was to trade cars with other Porsche owners. His family will remember him as a loving husband and brother who was a successful business man. He is survived by his beloved wife Julie Johnston Wonsetler; one daughter Maria Louise Wonsetler of Bernardsville, one brother Thomas Wonsetler; and 4 sisters Jacqueline Carroll of Mantua, NJ, Kathleen Davies of IN, Laurie Williams of IL, and Lisa Gallagher of Dowingtown, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 11:30am at The Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Rd., Mendham.
