Dear Phyllis and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. I have such great memories of Dorn. When we would see him we could stand and talk for an hour (mostly in the grocery store) and he always had a smile on his face. We will miss him. I will try to be there on Wednesday . I have to try to leave work before 8pm. I am scheduled until 10 pm.Janet

Missy Durham posted a condolence
Phylis, When I heard that Dorn had passed I was walking Ginger in Loantaka Park near a pond. I stopped at my favorite spot where the tree casts a shadow over the water and said a prayer for Dorn and for you. My thoughts are with you during what I'm sure is a most difficult time.
Love, Missy Durham

Phylis--My thoughts and prayers are with you and your children during this painful time. You, Dorn, and your family fought a battle against tough odds for Dorn to live and everybody gave it their absolute best--I hope you can take some comfort from that. In the coming weeks and months try to remember the many good times and memories that you had with Dorn--I have to believe that is what he would want to happen. John Keenan

Mr. Whitehead was a great man and will be remembered forever. I will never forget him as my first traveling soccer coach for the Mendham Cheetah's (name obviously chosen by Jill). For some reason I remember being at his house before one of our practices and Jill and I eating all the candy he had bought for the team. Boy was he surprised when he went to reach for it and it was gone. He was funny and always a blast to be around. He will be missed!
Mrs. Whitehead, Lauren, Missy, and Jill you are in my thoughts and prayers. I love you guys!

I will always remember Dorn for everything he was to me. Most of all, his endearing positive attitude, dedication to friends and family, and expertise in cooking all kinds of food at all hours of the day. He lives on in everyone whose life he touched.
God bless and our condolences.
The Reich Family.
