Obituary of Elizabeth T Merville

Mendham, NJ Elizabeth T. Merville dies on Sept. 10, 2009 at Brighton gardens Assisted Living in Florham Park, NJ. She was 100 years old. Born in Round Lake IL, she lived in Waukegan, IL for over 90 years before moving to Mendham in 2005. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Waukegan and served on the Altar Guild for 25 years. Mrs. Merville also served as a Cub Scout and Girl Scout Leader and was active in the Beach Park, PTA. Her husband Irving Merville and her son Douglas died previously. Survivors include her daughter Joanne Kelsey and her husband ray of Mendham, NJ and her three grandchildren Chris Christakis of Mendham, Raynor Kelsey of Salt lake City and Brian Kelsey of Milwaukee, WI. She is also survived by her 7 great- grandchildren. A graveside Service will be held on Wednesday Sept. 23, 2009 at 11:00am at the Hickory Union Cemetery, Antioch Twp, Il. Arrangements by the Bailey Funeral Home.
