Obituary of Francis R. Minutello

Francis “Frank” R. Minutello, 89 passed away peacefully on October 26th at Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center in Hillsboro NJ after a short illness. Born to the late Terigi and Michelina (Stefanelli) Minutello in Peapack, NJ. He was a resident of Belle Mead for the last seven years. Previously he resided in Far Hills, NJ. He attended St Brigid RC Church in Peapack for many years. He a member of the Knights of Columbus Basking Ridge Council, the men’s baseball league of Peapack/Gladstone, and was an avid dancer and enjoyed baseball. He was a WWII veteran of the US Navy serving from 1945-1946. He was predeceased by his first wife Pat in 2002, his son Terry in 1993 and his daughter Kimberly in 2000. He is survived by his wife Alice M. Chapman-Minutello, two daughters, Kathy Almendinger, Deborah Gano, his brother Italo Minutello, two sister, Carmella Brogan and Rita Osborne, six grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, October 28th from 5-8pm at Bailey Funeral Home, Peapack, NJ with a 7:15pm service by the Raritan Valley (NJ) Chapter The Links Inc of which he was also a member. Funeral Mass St. Brigid Church October 29th at 10:00am with interment at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge.
