Obituary of Helen Catherine Winkler

Helen Catherine Winkler died peacefully on Saturday August 15, 2009 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover. She was 88. Born in Haysville, PA she has lived in Chester since 1924. She was a Graduate of Bernards High School and the drake Business School. Helen worked as a teller and then Book Keeping Supervisor at Peapack Gladstone bank for 45 years before retiring in 1989. She was predeceased by her sisters Mary Winkler DeSesso and Margaret Winkler Martino, and 2 brothers Martin Winkler, Jr. and Albert Winkler. Survivors include her brother Donald Winkler of Califon and his wife Mary and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Rd., Mendham. Funeral Mass Saturday 10am at St. Lawrence Church, Chester.
