Obituary of Robert M Hodierne

Robert M Hodierne passed away on Dec 17. 2015 at Morristown Medical Center. He was 49. Born in Morristown, NJ he lived in Convent Station and Morris Plains before moving to Hackettstown in 2007. Bob was a 1984 graduate of Morristown High where he was a member and leader of the Cross Country Team. He also attended Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken. He was an IT Supervisor at Blue Hill Data of Pearl River, NY for the last few years. His family will remember him as a wonderful father, husband and brother. He is survived by his wife Lisa Hodierne (nee Ogden) of Hackettstown, his son Michael. His brother Thomas Hodierne of Parsippany, sister in law Jennifer and niece Caitlyn. His brother John Hodierne of MA. He is also survied by one sister Elisabeth Lynch of Beverly, MA, nephew Daniel and niece, Megan. He loved camping, spelunking, fly fishing and playing with his son. He enjoyed life, loved to read and was a loyal friend. He loved music, played the piano, guitar, harmonica and any instrument that he picked up. Bob was always there to help someone. Even while he was ill he volunteered his time. A memorial Visitation will be held on Tuesday Dec. 22, 2015 at The Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Rd., Mendham from 4 until 7PM.
