Obituary of Thomas Cornelius McFadden

Thomas Cornelius McFadden, 79, devoted husband and adored father/grandfather, died February 23, 2015 with his loving family by his side. A Mass in his honor will be held Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Church of Saint James, Basking Ridge, New Jersey at 11:00 AM. He was born August 24, 1935 in New York City to Terence and Kathleen (Glennon) McFadden. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Manhattan College and a Masters degree in Psychology from University of Connecticut. He was a proud patriot and US Army veteran. He then began the celebration of a wonderful 53-year marriage to Patricia Ellen (Roland) McFadden. They settled in New Jersey during his lengthy career as a marketing executive in the pharmaceutical and consumer product industries. He kept a great focus on family and was active in local politics. Tom is survived by his wife, Patricia, his children Thomas C. McFadden, Jr., MD, Colleen P. Dudek, Brian R. McFadden, Kerrie Ann Mayer, and his grandchildren, Caroline K. McFadden, Thomas C. McFadden, III, Clayton M. Dudek, Tristan R. Dudek, Quinn T. Dudek, Brock R. Dudek, Keegan E. Mayer, Avery N. Mayer. In lieu of flowers, Mass cards in his name are appreciated.
