Obituary of Jean Melroy

Jean Moore Melroy passed away peacefully on Jan. 15, 2015, at Holly Manor in Mendham. She was 90. Born in Buffalo, NY she lived in Westfield MA and Summit, NJ. She also lived in Morris Twp. and Hardwick Twp., NJ before relocating to Mendham 2 years ago. She was a homemaker. Her family will remember her as loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years Robert H. Melroy. She is survived by two sons; Robert Melroy of Fredon, NJ, and Thomas Melroy of Annandale, NJ, two daughters; Nancy Faustine of Pittsfield MA and Barbra Storey of Morris Twp., NJ. She is also survived by one sister Bette Moore McKernan of Hamden CT, 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A private funeral service will be held at the Bailey Funeral Home of Mendham. Interment will be private.
