Obituary of Philip Nicholas Rizzo

Philip Nicholas Rizzo passed away at home on November 21, 2014 after a long illness. He was 91. Born in Newark to the late Nicholas P. and Lillian (Manno) Rizzo on May 10, 1923, he was a resident of Florham Park before moving to Mendham 25 years ago. Mr. Rizzo was a self employed real estate developer. Previously, he was a dress designer for women's sportswear in New York City. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, the former Phyllis Giameo, his son Nicholas Rizzo and his wife Lori of Florida; two daughters Maria Mortellito and her husband Ralph of Mendham Twp., and Andrea DeRosa and her husband Raymond of Warren; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
