Obituary of Arlene B. Smith

Arlene B. Smith passed away peacefully at home in Mendham on Oct. 8, 2014. Born in Morristown she was a longtime resident of Mendham. She was a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Mendham Boro Fire Dept. She also worked in the cafeteria as a cook at West Morris Mendham High School and was a school crossing guard for many years. She is survived by her two sons Robert Smith (Susan) and Daniel Smith (Rachel). She is also survived by three grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held by the family. Arlene was interred in Hilltop Cemetery next to her husband. In lieu of flowers, donations in Arlene's name may be made to the Morristown Medical Center Foundation, Cancer Center of Excellence Fund, 475 South St., Morristown, NJ 07960.
