Obituary of Eileen M. Morris

Eileen M. Morris passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 23, 2014. She was 93. Born on November 10, 1920 in New York City to the late Thomas F. and Mary (Curran) McAndrews, she was a resident of Mendham Township since 1959. Mrs. Morris had worked as a secretary for the US Custom House Service in NYC. She was a volunteer for Morristown Memorial Hospital, a former member of the Mendham Women's Club, a long time member of the Mendham Golf and Tennis Club, volunteered at the St. Joseph's School in Mendham during its formative years and was co-owner of the Joseph D. Morris Agency in Mendham from 1966-1996. Mrs. Morris was predeceased by her five younger siblings. She is survived by her daughter Mary Curran Morris and two grandsons, Curran and Sean Lucke.
