Obituary of Sue Rampulla

Sue Rampulla peacefully entered into eternal life on September 11th, 2014, at her home in Brick Township. She was 96 years old. Sue was born in Italy to the late Antonio and Maria Albanese, and came to America when she was a teenager. She was raised in Palisades Park, met her late husband of 60 years Francis, and together they moved to Fairview, where they raised their loving family, later retiring to Brick Township and spending winter months in Hollywood Florida. Sue's joys in life were her family, friends, and frequent trips to Atlantic City. Susan was pre-deceased by her husband Francis, sisters Carmella, Mary, and Antoinette as well as a brother Francesco, and a son-in-law John Morrow. She is survived by her three daughters and a son-in-law, Susan DeSimone of Toms River, Joan and Daniel Bitecola of Randolph, and Jacqueline Morrow of Toms River. She leaves behind 4 grandchildren Clifford Bitecola and his wife Janeen, William DeSimone and his wife Laurie, Daniel Bitecola and his wife Melanie and Jessica Morrow; and nine great-grandchildren, Julia and Andrew DeSimone, Johnathan Moore, Cheryl, Gabriella, Theresa, Hunter, Daniel and Nicholas Bitecola, as well as her sister-in-law, Santa Rampulla, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. at Bailey Funeral Home, 176 Main St. Peapack, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church, Brick. Entombment will follow in Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
