Obituary of Wesley G. Savadge

Wesley G. Savadge passed away on August 27, 2014, at his home in Morris Township. He was 82. Born in Brookside, NJ to Louis and Helen Savadge, he lived in Brookside until he moved to Morris Township in 1967. Wesley was a carpenter with Maw and McKinell for many years before he retired. He was an antique car and truck buff who was proud of his 1930Model A Ford Pick Up Truck. He was a long time active member of the Brookside Community Church. Wesley was predeceased by his wife Helen Meyers. He is survived by his sister Carolyn Long (Jay) of Port St. Lucie, FL, his brother Louis Savadge, Jr. (Jacqueline) of Newton, NJ, his sister- in-law Frances Anderson (Herbert) of Cedar Knolls, NJ and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4, from 4-7 at the Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Road, Mendham. Funeral Service Friday, 10:00 AM at the Brookside Community Church.
