Obituary of Carolyn Buschman

Carolyn Jean Buschman (nee Gaddis) passed away on Aug. 21, 2014 at home in FL. She was 79. Born in Kingston, NY to Percy Winfield Gaddis and Josephine Alice Marsden, she grew up in Ruby, NY. In 1951, at the age of 16 she was crowned Miss Ulster County. She was employed at IBM for 10 years where she met her husband Robert Buschman. They raised their two daughters in Garden City, Long Island, NY and in 1983, they moved to Mendham Township, NJ where they enjoyed their grandchildren. After the death of her husband, she spent fifteen wonderful years with Norman Boisvert, her loving partner, in Pompano Beach, Florida and Epsom, New Hampshire. Carolyn was pre-deceased by husband Robert G. Buschman. She is survived by Loving Partner Norman Boisvert; two daughters; Diane Rottkamp(Husband David)of Lake Ariel Pa, and Karen Schaberg (husband Eric) of Mendham Township, NJ, six grandchildren; Jonathan, Joshua, Alexandra, Kristina, Melissa, and Emma, and one sister Dolores Doyle of Kingston, NY. Funeral services will be private at a later date.
