Very sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I trained Pat on using our management system software and I told her once years ago that we would be very good friends in the beginning, but once she learned the software, I wouldn't hear from her anymore. She remembered me saying that and every holiday I would either have an email or a voice mail from Pat telling me to have a great holiday and it always made me smile :-) She was truly one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Rest in Peace, Pat.
