Obituary of Angela S Dziurzynski

Angela S. Dziurynski passed away peacefully at home in Far Hills on June 13, 2014. She was 98. Born in Deep River, CT she lived in Bayonne, Maplewood and Long Valley before moving to Far Hills 18 years ago. Angela and her husband John were proprietors of the Crestmont Delicatessen and Liquor Store in Maplewood for 28 years before retiring. She was also active in St. Lawrence the Martyr Church in Chester where she sang in the Choir and was a member of the Rosary Alter Society. In addition, she was a volunteer with the Morris County Extension Services serving meals at the Presbyterian Church in Chester for many years. She was predeceased by her husband John Dziurynski, and her siblings Kenneth and Leon Kolakowski and Tessie Ladny. Her family will remember her as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was devoted to her Church, brought joy to whomever she encountered and gave unselfishly to those in need. She is survived by one son; Fred Dziurynski of Far Hills; one daughter Ellen Ewall of Long Valley; two grandchildren Kristin McCormack and Michele McCormack and her two great grandchildren Lilly and Mason McCormack. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Bailey Funeral Home, 176 Main St. Peapack. Funeral Mass Tuesday 11am at St. Brigid Church, Peapack. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Chester.
