Obituary of Timothy Sweeney

Timothy Sweeney died on May 21, 2014 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover. He was 60. Born in Morristown he lived in Brookside and Mendham before moving to Bedminster 30 years ago. Tim was a Union Pipe Coverer for Union Local 32 in Newark for many years. He was a member of the Sons of Rakkasans Big Apple Chapter and the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of NY, NY. He was predeceased by his father Mike Sr. and his brother Mike, Jr. He is survived by his mother S. Mary Sweeney of Bedminster, one brother Ricky of Bedminster and two sisters Patricia and Mary Jo. Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 27, 2014 from 9am until 10am at the Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Rd., Mendham. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10:30am at St. Joseph Church, Mendham. Interment Hilltop Cemetery, Mendham. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice, in his memory, would be appreciated.
