Obituary of Steven David Peltz

FLANDERS – Steven David Peltz died as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Tuesday, December 3, 2013.  He was 51.  Born in Brooklyn NY on March 15, 1962, he was a resident of the Flanders section of Mt. Olive Township for over 6 years.  He was previously a resident of the Succasunna section of Roxbury Township.  Mr. Peltz was a pastry chef for the Shop Rite grocery store in Kearny. He was predeceased by his father, Eugene Peltz.  Survivors include his wife Donna (Sommero); his children Shawn and Jessica; his mother Barbara Peltz and her husband Joseph Lonergan; two brothers Mark and Eric Peltz; his sister Karen McGowan; and many nieces and nephews. Gary Hrynoweski officiating.  A private cremation will follow.
