Obituary of David P. Breslauer
David P. Breslauer of Randolph passed away peacefully on Sunday May 19, after a long illness. He was born on August 6, 1960, the son of Edward and Dorothy Breslauer. David was a graduate of Montclair University and George Washington University where he earned the degree Master of Arts in Teaching.
David Breslauer was Executive Director of the Red Mill Historical Museum in Clinton, and most recently Executive Director of MacCullough Hall Museum and Gardens in Morristown.
David is survived by Jeffrey Leopold, his partner of 20 years, his stepmother Noreen Breslauer, his sister Cynthia Breslauer and her husband William Golden, and his brother Edward Breslauer, sister-in-law Dorrie Breslauer, nephew Daniel Breslauer, and Aunt Shirly Rulens.
Visitation will be held at Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Rd., Mendham, NJ on Tuesday May 28, 2013, from 7 to 8:30 pm. Funeral Service will be at 8:30 pm with the Reverend Edward Carll of the Denville United Methodist Church officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association for the re-building of the boardwalk at 54 Pitman Avenue, PO Box 248, Ocean Grove, NJ 07756.
