My Aunt Nan was a wonderful, caring, funny, quick-witted, super-chic, classy lady. Quite simply, precious few could hold a candle to her. She was a terrific cook and an amazing tennis ace. My favorite memory of my Aunt Nan was an impromptu visit at my college back in 1989. We just had a wonderful time shopping, walking the campus and, of course, laughing. I also owe my Aunt Nan my life, literally. As I was told by my Mom, when I was just a toddler I jumped into the deep end of Aunt Nan's pool after a frog. My mother could not swim and was scared to death of water. With no hesitation, Aunt Nan dove in fully dressed and plucked me out from the deep end.
I will miss you forever Aunt Nan and love you always, Dani.
