Obituary of Joan T Rassaert

Joan T. Rassaert passed away on September 20, 2021, at the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center.  She was 88.

Joan was predeceased by her beloved husband Charles in 1987.   She also lost her brother Michael and sister Kathleen.

Born in the Bronx, New York, after her marriage Joan lived in Ironia and Chester, New Jersey.  She subsequently relocated to New Hampshire where she lived for 20 years before moving to Heath Village in Hackettstown in 2016.

Joan had been a secretary for Warner-Lambert in Morris Plains for many years before retiring.

Joan was a quiet, reserved, modest person who enjoyed her massive doll collection.   She loved animals, especially her Doberman Pinschers.

A Chapel service will be held on Monday, Sept 27, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester.
