Larry was a kind and caring man who will be missed by all. He impressed me how hard he worked and his caring ways to help Matheny grow to make the organization a better place for the clients and employees. It was a honor to have met him, and to call him a friend. God Bless you Larry, may you rest in peace.

Larry was an icon in the Bridgewater community and in Somerset County, always participating in works of selflessness for others and as a leader in beneficial causes. His life exemplified a true example as that of a follower of Jesus, leading a life on earth in the spirit of his disciples.

I had the privilege of meeting Larry when I joined the Matheny Board a number of years ago. I recall Larry making me feel so welcomed. He was a warm and inviting person, his energy and desire to help Matheny will stand out in my memory of him. Few people like Larry come along in life, and his family, friends and Matheny are fortunate recipients. May he Rest In Peace knowing his charity had profoundly positive effects on those less fortunate. I will miss him.

Dear Thornton family,
Unfortunately I am in Florida and not able to pay my respects and love for Larry.
Larry was a friend and wonderful mentor. He was instrumental, along with his son Kelley, in shaping, building and growing Phoenix Display into the industry leader it became.
Larry will be sorely missed by the Edelman family.
