Obituary of Dolores H. Crammer

Dolores H. Crammer passed away peacefully after a long illness on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Morris Hills Multi Care center in Morristown. She was 79. Born in Newark she lived in Irvington before moving to Mendham in 1946. Mrs. Crammer was a 1950 graduate of Morristown High School. She worked at Katydids in Mendham before retiring, prior to that she had worked at the Bantam Store for many years. She was a member of the Ralston Historical Assoc., and the Women's Auxiliary of the Ralston Fire Department. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Prospect Lodge, Chester, NJ. Her family will remember her as a loving wife and devoted mother and grandmother. Always cheerful, positive and fun loving, she will be deeply missed. Predeceased by her parents, Hilda H, and Walter A. Fischer, she is survived by her husband of 49 years, James C. Crammer of Mendham and by her brother, Walter A. Fischer (DiAne) of Mexico. She is also survived by her three sons, Thomas Coultas (Maureen) of Madison, Wayne Coultas of Chester, William Crammer (Kelly) of Port Murray, NJ and three daughters, Lisa Brown of Mendham, Cathy Oudine of Hopatcong and Cindy Harris of Belmar, 15 grandchildren and one great grandchild, all of whom were the light of her life. The family will receive friends on Thursday May 26, 2011, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Rd., Mendham. The funeral service will be on Friday at 10:30am in the funeral home. Interment Mendham Hilltop Cemetery.
