Uncle Mike will most definately add color to Heaven with his plaid pants he loved to wear. Sleep tight until we meet again.

I am so happy to have had Mike in my life for 55+ years. He was a very caring man - always asked me how my sisters are who live in St. Louis. He was like a brother to me. He was the dearest uncle to my five children. I feel like he will always be watching over his extended family. Mike, say hello to Gene for me as you enter the gates of heaven.

I remember Uncle Joe as a funny, caring man. I remember when my Aunt Marie and Uncle Jack went on a cruise when I was a child, and we were at the Bon Voyage party, and he kept acting like he was going to jump over the side of the boat, I kept screaming "Stop Uncle Joe!" but that was him, a big teaser. But cared about everyone..

Thank you for being a wonderful uncle! You always had a smile on your face & you love to tease us when we were kids. You gave me my first lesson in saving money at my communion party, while I was contemplating how I was going to spend my gift money, you explained to me the importance of putting my money in the bank & watching it grow! I have wonderful memories of our family gatherings, we had such good times! I love you & I will miss you! I hope your hanging out with my dad right now :)

My Uncle Joe was my Godfather. He always loved to tease me when I was little. When he would leave our apartment he'd grab a bunch of my toys and run down the stairs and I'd cry because he was stealing my toys.
He used to take me to the park and we'd go on the swings. He would let me go down the slide...head first!
He took me ice skating for the first time, using those two-bladed skates.
He would pack all the cousins into his little car (which Nanny called "The Bug") and drive on the beach and pretending to drive into the ocean. We would all scream and then laugh.
I will miss him so much.

Uncle Joe was always a positive influence. Always upbeat, kind and fun to be around. He lived a life that is an example we should all follow; loving, faithful, caring and not at all selfish.
We will always remember his playful spirit. Our children will always remember him as Santa Claus.
Thank you Uncle Joe for making us all better people.
