I miss you so much already Mom. I know that God needed you there for some great task, or you would still be with us. I love you.

Rachel posted a condolence
I have so many happy, warm memories of my dearest Mamma -I will always remember her this way: with a bright smile on her face, laughing heartily - and the absolute comfort of just being near her. I will remember the way she said "hi Rachel!" when she heard my voice on the phone, because it was one of my favorite sounds in the whole world. I'll never forget that she sent me an email every day, just to let me know she was thinking of me and to tell me what was going on with her. Every memory I have of Mamma is joyful, and I'm so grateful to have had 28 years with her. Everyone should be so lucky to have someone like her in their life. I know I was.

You touched my life in ways I can't even explain. I was always welcome in your home and I have always felt unconditional love from you although I'm just a friend of Linda's. You had a special way of making people feel very special and I will miss that. I will also miss your laugh and your wonderful sense of humor. Thank you for giving me my very best friend. I will never forget you and I love you.

I remember the days back in Rockford when I was 17, and dating Linda. I was always a welcome guest in the Eberhart home, and always greeted with Mrs. Eberhart's warm smile. Her smile always lit up the room. With her devotion to her church, and the love and care of everyone around her, it's a definite guarantee as to where she'll be spending eternity ! God Bless You for everything you've done, Mrs. Eberhart !!

Kendall posted a condolence
Mamma was always someone you could count on to make you smile. Whenever she would see me, I just knew that she was genuinely happy that I was visiting. "Hi Kendalla!" she would say with so much excitement that I could not help but smile. Mamma was always able to persuade me to go to church with her early sunday mornings when I was visiting but I could not help but be happy that I got to spend the morning with her at the place that she loved. The holiday season this year is going to have a different feeling but I know that with my wonderful family, it will still be a time of joy and celebration. I love you, Mamma, with all my heart and I know I will see you again someday. I know you're watching over all of us now and you are up there still blessing us with good weather when we need it.

Debbie Buchanan posted a condolence
Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of Liz. The measure of a life well-lived is not in how much money one has or what possessions they have accumulated, but rather through the lives they touched and the sorrow they leave behind. If the outpouring of sympathy on her loss is any indication, and it most certainly is, you can proudly and confidently say that her indeed was a life well-lived. May you find peace and comfort in knowing that her loss is felt by all who knew and loved Liz.

Don. Jean and I will miss Liz. In your time of great loss also comes times of great remembrance, her one liners the twinkle in her eyes.I think to me was the awesome way God called her home what a way to enter the Kingdom of Heaven getting ready to sing the praises of Jesus and to suddenly be in his presence AWESOME. Sylvia Doyle - Pagel posted a condolence
Condolences to Lizabeth Lee Eberhardt. Lee, I was sorry to read of your mother's passing and sincerely send my sympathy and prayers to you and your family during your time of grieving. Her picture in the Register Star obit reminded me so much of you-- same smile. I still have that photo of your 2 year old Rachel playing in a pile of leaves. I guess she's all grown up now and probably doesn't have that pretty baby blonde hair anymore. I know you have plenty to cope with right now, but when you get time later I'd be glad to hear from you and catch up on your life. If you ever come back to Rockford for a visit you can always call me at 815-963-1962 or e-mail ejpagel1@netzero.net .
With all my sympathy, Sylvia Doyle-Pagel
