Obituary of Sheila P. Hare

Sheila P. Hare died Thursday Oct. 21, 2010 at home in Chester. She was 72. Born in Morristown she lived in Brookside before moving to Chester in 1953. Sheila was a Branch Manager for Century Savings bank in Chester for 20 years before she retired. She also worked at Chester Auto Repair for 10 years. She was a life member of the Chester First Aid Squad and a life member of the Chester Fire Company No. 1, Ladies Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her daughter Sheila P Hare and her sister Mary Quick and three brothers John, Frank and Hugh Geraghty. Survivors include her husband James L. "Reb" Hare, one sister Eileen Havas and her husband Gerald and 18 nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Chester Fire Company No. 1 or the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, in her memory, would be appreciated.
