Obituary of Anthony Louis Padovano

PLAINFIELD - Anthony Louis Padovano Sr. died at home on Thursday October 14, 2010. He was 79. Born in Jamesburg, NJ to the late Louis and Mariana (Gorga) Padovano on August 9, 1931, he was most recently a resident of Plainfield. He was a self-employed mason contractor for over 50 years. Mr. Padovano was a veteran of the Korean War, serving from 1952 to 1954 as an E-3 Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his son Anthony L. Padovano Jr. and his wife Athena of Gladstone, his daughter Lisa D'Alessandro and her husband Joseph of Stewartsville, and two grandchildren, Brianna and Michael D'Alessandro.
