Gloria M Shaffer passed away on Tuesday Oct. 5, 2010 at her home in Chester. She was 81. Born in Simpson, PA, she lived in Newark, NJ before moving to Chester in 1966. Her husband Russell died in 1998. Survivors include three daughters Joyce Davis (John) of Oregon, Carol Davis (Dale) of Chester, and Andrea Hutchins (Bill Groff) of Phillipsburg. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, 1 brother, 2 sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
