Obituary of Charlotte Strassberg

MENDHAM - Charlotte Strassberg died peacefully at Holly Manor Nursing Home on Monday, September 20, 2010 . She was 98. Born in New York City on March 17, 1912 to the late David and Rose Finver, she was a resident of Woodstock NY for many years and Mendham NJ for the last six years. Mrs. Strassberg was a sales clerk for the A and S Department Store in Brooklyn. Charlotte and her beloved husband the late Charlie Strassberg owned the New Shop in Woodstock NY for many years before her retirement. Charlotte had a great love for dogs and passed this onto to her family. Survivors include her only son, Fred Strassberg of Australia, three grandchildren, Matthew Strassberg of Australia, Elizabeth Yeager of Mendham NJ, and Daniel Strassberg of Australia, and four great grandchildren.
