Obituary of Elsie C. Kagan

Elsie C. Kagan passed away on March 22, 2010 at Care One in Parsippany. She was 85. Born in Mendham she was a lifelong resident of Mendham. Mrs. Kagan was a bookkeeper for Simmons Precision in Chester for 20 years before retiring. She was a member of the Ralston Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Her husband of 53 years Willard "Bucky" Kagan died in 2004. Survivors include her daughter Sandra Pruden of Mendham, one son Thomas R. of Raleigh, NC and one brother Kenneth Backer of CA. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren Tara Pruden, and Lucy and Katriona Macintosh-Kagan. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6-8pm.
