I met Joyce back in 1988 when I became her colleague at the Somerset County Sheriff Dept. Joyce had a bright smile, and she was very intelligent and enjoyable to be around. May she R.I.P.
I will miss chatting with joyce when I brought her mail to the door. May she Rest In Peace and be Reunited with those who have gone to Heaven...
