I attended SJBS. Barbara was a great English Teacher. I received a great English foundation because of her. She will be dearly missed.

Oh my honey, I will forever hold close our times together, our trips to Florida, our morning breakfast at the coffee shop, our Bible studies and all the days we shared at work. You had a beautiful heart and spirit. I loved you so and will miss you so very much.

My beautiful sister,Barbara,( Honey,) is finally home, where there is no more pain, no more suffering , no more tears, no more sorrow , as she AT LAST, hears the tender voice of our Blessed LORD and SAVIOR’S voice affirm,” Well done, my good and faithful servant!”
Where once she saw Him as through a mirror, she now sees Him clearly, face to face.
Her life long FAITH, then believing what was unseen, she now sees clearly as FACT.
Honey now joins Becky , Margie, Jay Cee and so many others of those near and dear to her, as they sing together “ IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL!”
And she now joins the Heavenly Host of angels, along with ALL of God’s children, in PRAISING our Savior into eternity, “HOLY , HOLY, HOLY IS THE LAMB! WHO WAS and IS and IS TO COME!”
“ 8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
9 And they sang a new song, saying:
“You are worthy to take the scroll,
And to open its seals;
For You were slain,
And have redeemed us to God by Your blood
Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation……..”
“11 Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands,
12 saying with a loud voice:
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
To receive power and riches and wisdom,
And strength and honor and glory and blessing!”
13 And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:
“Blessing and honor and glory and power Be to Him who sits on the throne,
And to the Lamb, forever and ever!”
14 Then the four living creatures said, “Amen!” And the twenty-four elders fell down and worshiped Him who lives forever and ever!”
( Revelation 5:8-9, 11-14) (NKJV)

You were my friend but most important you were my sister in Christ. May you rest in peace in the arms of our Lord and Savior. You fought the good fight, you ran the race, you have crossed the finish line and now you can say “It is well with my soul” you took a piece of my heart with you. I will forever love you!
