Obituary of Jacquelyn M Wiggins
Jacquelyn Wiggins—a devoted mother, a loyal friend, and a truly remarkable soul—tragically passed away on March 20, 2025, due to a heartbreaking accident. She was a beacon of light in the lives of those who knew her, always radiating kindness, warmth, and an unwavering love that left an imprint on every heart she touched. Jacquelyn had an extraordinary gift for making people feel seen, valued, and cherished. Whether through her compassionate words, her generous spirit, or her infectious laughter, she had a way of lifting others up and reminding them of their worth.
A woman with a heart too big for this world, Jacquelyn was always the first to step in when someone was in need. She carried the burdens of others as if they were her own, offering love without limits and support without question. She believed in the power of second chances, in redemption, and in the beauty of healing—even as she fought her own battles.
For years, Jacquelyn faced addiction and mental health struggles with incredible courage and resilience. She was open about her journey, never hiding from the challenges but instead using her experiences to help others. A fierce advocate for addiction recovery, she always reached out to support those who were struggling, offering hope to those who felt lost. She fought tirelessly to be the best version of herself for the people she loved most—her family.
Her husband, Kyle, and their two beautiful children, Levie (5) and Grayer (1), were the center of her universe. Alongside them, she cherished her godson, Deshawn Harris (14), holding a special place for him in her heart.
Jacquelyn’s passing is an unimaginable loss, but her legacy is one of love, strength, and unwavering compassion. Please live every day as if it were your last because you never know when it will be our turn to leave this world. She would want her story to be shared—not for sorrow, but as a call to action: to check in on your loved ones, to speak openly about mental health, and to offer kindness to those who are struggling.
In honor of Jacquelyn’s generous and giving spirit, we ask that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to SMART Recovery USA, an organization dedicated to providing support for those overcoming addiction.
Though she is no longer physically with us, her love, her lessons, and her light will live on forever in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her. If you or a loved one is suffering from mental illness or addiction, please do not hide in fear—reach out for help.
Rest easy, Jacquelyn. You were so loved.
