I will always remember Aunt Paula as my fun Aunt! I remember taking a walk with her "down the avenue " not only did we get lemon Italian ice but she also bought a puppy. She named her Sandy. She also bought me a knitted poncho which I loved. My parents wouldn't let me have one because it made me look too much like a hippie! She was the only one that called me "Sooz". It was her name for me and I knew I was special to her. She was my Godmother and my sponsor at my conformation I took her middle name as my confirmation name. And later named my daughter Elizabeth. She was thoughtful and kind and I will miss her.
