Obituary of Helen Bockoven

Helen A. Bockoven Gibsonia, PA FORMERLY OF MENDHAM, NJ Helen A. (Lukawski) Bockoven, 98, of Gibsonia, PA, formerly of Mendham, New Jersey, passed away April 30, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Stanton W. Bockoven; loving mother of Martha (Peter) Riley; and Stanton (Beth) Bockoven Jr.; grandmother of Daniel (Megan) Riley and Michael (Jamie) Bockoven; dear sister of Agnes VanWinkle; and the late sisters Mary Lastatione, Vera Shauger, Mina Matthews and brother Stanley Lucas. Helen was a faithful member of the Mendham United Methodist Church where she served in various leadership roles . She will be remembered for her love of gardening and animals and her devotion to serving God. The family would like to especially thank the staff and caregivers of St. Barnabas Arbors III, Gibsonia, PA for their care, compassion and friendship to Helen. At the request of Mrs. Bockoven, there will be no visitation. A private graveside service for immediate family members only and interment will occur in Mendham, NJ, on a future date to be determined.
