Rachel Ann Turner passed away on December 6, 2017 at the age of 66.
Rachel is predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank Millo, and her parents, Max and Willie Lucille Turner.
She is lovingly remembered by her five brothers and sisters, Lora Turner, of Charleston, SC; Beth Russell and her husband, Dan Russell, of Easthampton, MA; Murray Turner and his wife, Ginette Lapierre of Charlotte, NC; Mark Turner of Atlanta, GA; and Stuart Turner of Raleigh, NC; in-laws, Lou and Sharon Millo, of Forked River, NJ and Ken Millo of CT; and thirteen nieces and nephews and their families.
The family also wants to say thank you to Don and Maggie Kelly, Tom Murray, Patty Murray and Ann Murray for their lifelong friendship and support for Rachel.
Rachel was born in Washington, D.C. She graduated from John F. Kennedy high school in New Orleans in 1969 and worked as a communications expert, starting with Atlantic Bell and retiring from Telcordia, where she served as an international team leader in Common Language consulting. She traveled extensively in her work and with her family.
The family will be gathering at the Bailey Funeral home, 176 Main Street, Peapack, NJ 07977 at 1:00pm on Sunday, December 10th followed by a Service of Remembrance 1:30pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Branchburg, NJ Rescue Squad, 113 River Road, Branchburg, NJ 08876 that provided her with critical services in her times of need.
